This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through unlockwithai.com and our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Our services include custom AI agents for voice calls, SMS, webchat and email, CRM and automation builds, calculators and other tools on this site, and related consulting and support (the "Services").

By using this website or our Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or Services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: name, business name, email, phone number and mailing address when you book a strategy session, fill out a form, use a calculator, or contact us.
• Business information: details about your operations, tools, lead volume, and goals that you share so we can scope and build your systems.
• Billing information: billing name and address. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored on our servers.
• Communications: the content of emails, texts, chats and calls you have with us.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, and referring site, collected through cookies, pixels and similar tools.
• Analytics and advertising: we and third-party vendors, including Google and Meta, may use cookies to measure site use and to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

Calls, recordings and AI interactions

Calls and chats with us or with AI agents we operate may be recorded, transcribed and analyzed by AI to deliver the conversation, summarize it, and improve quality. Where the law requires it, we or the AI agent will tell you a call is recorded. Some of the people you speak or message with on our behalf may be AI agents rather than humans.

3. Data we process for our clients

When we build and run AI agents and automations for a business client, we handle information about that client's own leads and customers (for example, names, phone numbers, messages and call transcripts). For that information we act as a service provider. We process it only on the client's instructions and to deliver the Services, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for our own marketing. The client is responsible for having the consent and legal basis required to contact its leads and customers, including consent for automated calls and texts. If you are a client's customer and want to exercise privacy rights, contact that business directly; we will help them respond.

4. How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers under contract who help us operate, including hosting and CRM platforms, telephony and messaging carriers, AI model providers, payment processing, scheduling, email delivery and analytics. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or when we believe in good faith it is needed to prevent fraud or protect rights, property or safety.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may transfer to the successor, which will remain bound by this Policy until it is changed with notice.
• With your consent or at your direction.

5. SMS and phone communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send text messages about your inquiry, appointments and reminders, your account and Services, and offers you have agreed to receive. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no further texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts or calls is not a condition of any purchase.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. When a client engagement ends, we delete or return client data on request, except where we must keep it by law. Deleted data may remain in backups for a limited period.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

• Marketing: unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and reply STOP to texts.
• Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Some site features may not work without them.
• Access, correction and deletion: you may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires.
• California residents: under the CCPA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined in the CCPA.
• EU, UK and similar regions: you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Our Services are directed to United States businesses, and information is processed in the United States.

9. Children

Our website and Services are for businesses and adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links and integrations

Our site and the systems we build may link to or connect with third-party services such as calendars, CRMs and social platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will notify active clients by email.
