AI Task Savings Calculator: Stop Leaving Time on the Table

For each task you list, the calculator assumes AI handles 87% of the work, then adds up every task:

Weekly hours saved = hours per day × 5 workdays × employees × 87%

Weekly savings = weekly hours saved × hourly wage

Monthly = weekly savings × 4.33 · Yearly = weekly savings × 52 · FTEs freed = weekly hours saved ÷ 40

Example: 5 employees each spend 1 hour a day on manual data entry at $30 an hour. That is 21.75 hours saved a week, about $652 a week, $2,825 a month and $33,930 a year, or roughly half of one full-time employee.

Which tasks should I enter?

Start with repetitive work your team does every day: data entry, answering the same questions, scheduling, follow-up texts and emails, and copying information between apps. Add each one as its own row so you can see which task costs you the most.

Why does it assume AI does 87% of the task?

Most routine work can be automated, but a person usually still reviews edge cases and approves the final step. Using 87% instead of 100% keeps the estimate conservative.

Is my data saved?

No. The calculator runs in your browser and does not send or store the numbers you enter. We only receive your details if you choose to book a call.
